Day 1 Siliguri NJP RLY Station/Bagdogra Airport – Phuenstoling
On arrival at NJP rly Station/Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Jaigaon Phuenstoling. Upon arrival proceed to the hotel for check in, the evening is free leisure. Overnight stay at Phuenstoling.
Day 2 Phuentsoling – Paro
After breakfast proceeds to prepare permit you will drive to paro. Upon arrival proceed for check in at hotel and overnight stay at Paro.
Day 3 Paro Sightseeing
Paro sightseeing this includes hike to Taktsang or the "tiger's nest" monastery perched precariously on the cliff 900 meters above the floor of the Paro valley. It is the most famous monastery in Bhutan - It is said that Guru Rimpoche, the great Indian saint, have flown to the site of the monastery from eastern Bhutan, on the back of a tigress and meditated here for three months. Later visit KyichuLhaknang, one of the oldest temples, the National Museum (Ta-Dzong) it is located on a top of the hill above the Paro Dzong overlooking Paro Valley and river. Overnight stay at Paro.
Day 4 Paro – Thimpu sightseeing
After breakfast Then drive to Thimpu. Enroute experience breath taking view of Mount Everest, Kanchenjunga and other famous Himalayan peaks including the sacred Jumolhari, Mount Jichu Drake also view the confluence of rivers the Wang Chu and the Paro Chu. Upon arrival proceed for check-in at hotel and ready for thimpu sightseeing. This includes visit Memorial Chorten (a huge stupa) built in the memory of the third King of Bhutan, The National Library where ancient manuscripts are preserved, The Painting and Wood craft school where traditional art and craft is still kept alive and the handicrafts Emporium where Bhutanese Textiles and other arts and crafts are displayed. The evening is free for leisure and individual activities. Later in the afternoon visit SimtohkaDzong. This is one of the oldest fortresses in Bhutan. It houses the largest Monastic schools in the country.Overnight stay at Thimpu.
Day 5 Thimpu – Punakha - Thimpu
After breakfast at the hotel you will transfer to Punakha and sightseeing Punakha. After sightseeing back to Thimpu.Overnight stay at Thimpu.
Day 6 Thimpu – Siliguri Njp railway station/Bagdogra airport
After breakfast at hotel transfer to Siliguri Njp railway station/Bagdogra airport for your onward journey.
